Salon Policies:​

• Deposits are required to secure any bookings. 

• No Deposit, No appointment

• ALL DEPOSITS WILL COUNT TOWARD SERVICE.

• 10 MIN grace period is honored for all guest.
• After 15min late your deposit becomes your late fee and *SERVICE WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL.
• Any later than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled. You will lose the deposit and a new one will be required with the new booking.

• The booking fee is NON - REFUNDABLE* after 24 hours prior to service.

​

• THE APPOINTMENT MUST BE CANCELED BY NOON THE PREVIOUS DAY TO RECEIVE A REFUND.

• NO SHOWS will be charged double the deposit amount. Must pay the required deposit to book again.
• Anything after 30 minutes is considered a no-show and will be charged accordingly(2x deposit amount). I will graciously decline any bookings from repeat offenders.

• GUEST WITH EXTREMELY KNOTTED HAIR MUST BOOK TAKE DOWN OR PROPERLY DETANGLE AND DRY HAIR PRIOR TO SERVICE (If this is something you need your stylist to do please inform your professional when booking. This time has to be accounted for).

• Accessories are provided and installed at an additional cost; including ones not purchased from CBNB Beauty Salon. Please book accordingly.

• PRE STRETCHED HAIR ONLY if you bring your own unless stated otherwise.

​

• Coupons/discount codes are applied to service price only, NOT the deposit.

​

• Coupons CAN NOT be applied to service plans.

​

• Add-on services MUST BE BOOKED SEPARATELY. This will secure the needed time for the addition. There is no deposit fee for add-on services

​

• Please purchase hair prior to the day of service to avoid late fees and holdups.
